Website information
Information on this website is general and may change. Marketing outcomes depend on factors including market conditions, offer strength, budget, competition, approvals and client response time; no specific result is guaranteed unless stated in a signed agreement.
Proposals and payments
Fees, taxes, payment schedules, ad spend, revision limits and deliverables will be stated in the applicable proposal. Work may begin after the agreed advance payment and receipt of required information.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate brand information, lawful content, approvals, account access and timely feedback. The client confirms it has permission to use all materials supplied to us.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are defined in the accepted proposal. Unused concepts, working files, tools, templates and third-party assets may remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party platforms
Meta, Google, hosting providers, social networks and other platforms operate under their own policies. Boost Your Vyapar is not responsible for outages, account restrictions or policy changes outside its control.
